We are announcing the launch of our new brand, StoryCo, in anticipation of the release of our platform and first production. We believe that our new brand more accurately conveys our mission of unlocking the potential of every creator and fan around the world by building an open storytelling platform.
StoryCo is a collaborative space where creators can come together to co-create and co-own franchise intellectual property (IP). We believe that the best stories are those that are co-created and co-owned by a diverse group of people, and we're committed to building a platform that reflects that.
At StoryCo, we're all about empowering creators and helping them bring their stories to life. That's why we created Story DAO Labs and built an initial community of producers - the Producer Token Community - to act as a sounding board, extended team, and creative partner.
Through our work with this community, we've learned that storytellers are looking for a platform that allows them to produce their content easily and affordably, build global audiences, engage those audiences, and turn devoted fans into co-collaborators. And that's exactly what we're striving to provide at StoryCo.
The "co" in our name represents our values of co-ownership and collaboration, and we're confident that this approach will lead to the creation of truly innovative and engaging stories that will captivate audiences around the world.
Our former brand (and yes, the Dino) will live on through our Story DAO Producer Token Community where amazing work is happening.
